It’s Thursday and I am linking up with the Thinking Out Loud linkup.
A while back, I went to eat at Flyte with my family. I shared one of the pictures on my Instagram but wanted to share here too. I had the pan seared salmon with orange teriyaki, stir fried veggies, and rice noodles for the my entree and the PB & J mascarpone cheesecake – yum!
At first I thought the dessert was kind of small but it ended up being the perfect size! Another example of how eating out and portion sizes have been greatly skewed!
Snapchat Pet Peeve
When someone sends a Snapchat directly to me and also sends the same Snapchat to everyone via My Story. I don’t want to see the same message twice!
Specter Wireless Headphones
I was sent a pair of Specter Wireless headphones and I am so excited to try them! My current headphones are really annoying because the cord is not quite the right length to wrap around my armband and they often fall out of my ears while running. I will keep you updated with a review!
I love getting my Stridebox each month. Specific for runners, it is a box of random items such as gels, products, apparel, etc. that runners may like. It’s like Christmas each month and I love seeing and trying new products! It also comes with a guide that gives information about each item and a sheet with a recipe and a workout from different runners and bloggers each month.
I had the opportunity to try out a free meal from Gigamunch International Meals, a meal delivery service that makes authentic international meals from Nashville chefs and delivers straight to your door. The meal I received was Indian food from a Gujarati chef. The food was delicious although a little too spicy for my personal preference. But I love that you get to try a variety of cuisines and the meals are made by local chefs here in Nashville. If you are in Nashville, try them out – you get your first week free!
Team Beef meet up
I met up with a few other Team Beef runners for our March meet up. We joined the Franklin Road Runners group for a Tuesday evening run and then out for food and drinks after.
That’s all for today! Have a great weekend!
