The other night I realized that while I used to sleep on my stomach and side, I now sleep on my side and back. I also used to stay pretty much in one spot and now I wake up on my back completely spread out. I even tried sleeping on my stomach the other night and it was not comfortable and I was unable to sleep.

On Sunday, I met a friend for brunch at Biscuit Love, a very popular brunch spot in Nashville. We waited an hour outside in line just to get in! Luckily it was not too cold and they brought out hot cider for us in line – how nice!
We shared the Bonuts (fried biscuit dough), which were superb!
And I had the Backlock Hash – Skillet potatoes, smoked sausage, peppers, onions, and eggs. Yum!
If you remember from my Twin Cities Fitness Guide Review, I love Orangetheory Fitness!! So I was super excited when the Nashville Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics (NAND) was having a networking event at Orangetheory Fitness! Heck yeah! It was so much fun! I met some great people (dietitians!) and had a killer workout. Double win!
Have you heard the new Little Big Town song – Better Man? OMG it speaks to me! I love it and I have been listening to a country music station more in my car hoping to hear it but of course now that I am trying to hear it, I haven’t heard it since! Boo. I also found out that Taylor Swift wrote it and I’m like wow, that makes total sense!
